<<<<<Merrill Started Excite At Long-Term Buy Wed./Merrill Started Excite At Near-Term Accumulate Wed. ..........bang! .......there is that old word again--"accumulate" ........i think that they have it right this time--find good companies and accumulate them on the dips and crahses because they are in a sector with great long term growth potential. .........my only worry is the same one i had with ckfr vs. msft or integrion--competition. ..........can msft enter the search engine market and carve it up the way they did with netscape in browser market? ......... it seems harder to lock out competition on the net then with a browser, but i don't know enough about the technology to be sure. ..........with janet reno down their necks we only need 6-12 months lead time and we can probably leave 'em in the dust. what do you think? ........is msft any competition for xcit?
