You don't provide a direct link, or a quote, so all I have is the title. Not much to respond to. I will say that in general "jobs bills" are a really foolish idea, but the term is so general that in theory the bill could be a good one. Its a label so vague as to be almost meaningless, only telling us that its legislation that someone claims is about jobs.
