Well that is certainly interesting for a layman (in terms of science) to read. It must be very difficult for lay politicians to balance the conflicting views on this. On the other hand, according to the Green side of the Fence, waiting to take on the warming emissions problem is just going to make things much worse so it would seem, logically, the safe to do would be to start to implement measures the Green side recommends gradually and monitor the hell out of them--all without busting our budgets. That appears a reasonable course to me given the conflicting scientific opinions.
