In case nobody noticed, the market crashed this week! IDX has done very well in light of the events beyond our control or research. I believe that we have either seen the top of the bull market or we are very cose. In either case I now feel very comfortable with holding IDX long term as compared to other growth stocks. We may go in circles for a while with the rest of the market, but, I think we have a very good chance of being one of the few stocks that rise in a future down market. As to that other stock (S--M,) been there, did that on Comparator. Randy has been building Identix's reputation for many years, and that does count! As David will attest, DOD contracts are very hard to get. Once you get in their loop, they are easier to get. Once you give them proven performance they will seek you out as a bidder. Also, the litigation money we are putting in reserve may be to defend against patent infringements. In the C.C., Randy would not commit to the fact that the money was going strictly towards the class action suit? Somebody may already be walking on our patent. P.S. I think our next surprise will be from our relationship with the Incredible Card Company, (Kidzkard) or from a health-care contract. Either way I expect it to come from B.A.T., our newly aquired company out of Kansas City.

Baruch, hurt yourself and open up! I no of no-one that can sit through a two or three hour meeting and can summerize it with upbeat, but nothing new! That tells us nothing! Tell us about the clothes they wore, in style? Tell us about the coffee they drink, reg or decaf! The food, did they pop for some food and drinks? Did they have product at the meeting, how about the palm printer. Did they introduce the new people from B.A.T.? Were you impressed with them? Do these people look like leaders or hustlers? Tell us about what they re-affirmed or didn't. I mean JeeZ, man you were there? I'll bet Randy said at least a couple of good mouthfulls of information. We all couldn't be at that meeting and we need to know these things! Spill your guts and let us in to the meeting with you!
