Rights can't be both "merely agreements" and "inalienable". The two are mutually exclusive.

What a strange and bizarre statement, No one "kills their egg". Why would they want, or need to? Secondly: If we agree to grant you that right, then "we" can agree to take it away. It's not inalienable. Further who says you have any "right of fundamental ownership of your life and your body." Did you know that slavery is still practiced in many countries today? On the strict atheistic principal that might makes right, who are you to disagree?
