This is another totally uninformed statement. It presumes that actions Obama took in Feb'09 somehow "fixed" the economy in a month. Obviously, you know nothing about economics because it doesn't work that way, particularly, given that the stimulus still has not injected significant money into the economy, even today.

The stock market? Great. But it is not the barometer of economic health (unemployment is). And unemployment is over 10%, and far worse than that if you count the people who have given up looking. And every important economist agrees jobs are going to recover slowly.
