All,

I may be right and I may be wrong but I just reviewed CBOE OCC circulars on a few mergers and SGP merger and Wye merger were both treated as options getting ratio of shares in stock of acquiror plus the cash amount per 100 shares plus cash in lieu for fractional shares (i.e., if merger was .975 shares per share, in a 100 share lot that would be 97.5 so the ratio used was 97 shares of acquiror plus cash in lieu of the 0.5 shares). I assume both deals had collars and these were not referenced in these circulars.
