I was told a long time ago to clean my pressure cooker with a mixture of vinegar and water. About like you'd do your coffee pot. Put the mixture in the pot and let it boil for a few minutes, dump and wash in the usual manner. I've never done tuna in mine, but it has NO odor from all the onions I've cooked in it.
