Exactly. Things were improving from 2004 to 2007. 2008 budget is Pelosi/Reid budget, which is when things started to go downhill.


No, it is not. Its the Bush budget.....it was approved by Bush. The president submits the budget to Congress......not the other way around. The 2008 budget included the TARP money generated by Paulson/Bush. In addition, if I remember correctly, those prior years budgets from 2001 going forward do not include monies spent for the two wars.

In addition, Pelosi/Reid took over in 2006....not 2008.
