I'm hoping they extend and expand it to all homebuyers.

I don't think its necessary. Once the first time buyers buy out the homeowner, the homeownerthen buys the next level up.....the increased sales move up the chain. In Seattle we've already seen some of the more expensive zips have increased sales YOY.
