Proximity plays have always been that way. I remember the BRE-X days, some were 80 miles from BRE-X and they still ran up on hype.

In general, I agree with what you say. But there are exceptions as always. Prime examples are Lakeshore and San Gold who are finding more gold nearby (a few km away) operating mines. Such could be the case with GWY.

Although Galway's gold property in Colombia remains a speculation, I would not consign it to that heap. There are a number of artisanal mines on their property, so we know the gold is there, and it is on trend from the discoveries. The remaining questions are how much gold is there, and in what form.

And if I am allowed to remain speculative, who will buy out Greystar's, Ventana's, and Galway's properties, and how much will they pay?

Edit: yeah, what Ogi said!
