I don't recall there having been a Congressional Authorization to use force, or a formal declaration of war against Saudi Arabia...

Maybe there should have been, but the Saudis recognized the efficacy in "cooperating" after 9/11.

So it sounds like you're "all in" with regard to remaining in Afghanistan and Iraq... ;0)
