I believe 32nm is the end for SOI, IIRC.

AMD said they will continue to use SOI for 32nm CPUs. I don't think they have said what they plan to do for their 22nm CPUs.

They are interested in the Bulk process for their Graphics chips. I have also read that the Fusion CPU/GPU chip will be done on a Bulk process.
