Reactions at Breitbart to Howie Dean's comment that the debate between capitalism and socialism is over:
This guy must be on amphetamines… again!
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOO!!!
Checkers December 1st, 2009 - 9:22 am Yes sir, No sir, three bags full sir!
Andy from Beaverton December 1st, 2009 - 9:22 am Relativity – a theory Quantum mechanics – a theory Big bang – a theory - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - Global warming – the science is settled Capitalism vs. socialism – the debate is over
Rexter December 1st, 2009 - 9:24 am Guess what – ALL of you who justify policy with greed are to blame for the popularity of socialism.
“Free trade” is a guise to take away our sovereignty – and guess what – the Ivory Tower pushers of this try to sell it to you with greed. You are so overcome that even common sense is lost – yeah we will all get rich by outsourcing all our jobs. Good plan. The reality is that trading with people on dirt floors just lowers your standard of living.
Another planned destruction of your lives from the round table groups.
cajuncocoa December 1st, 2009 - 9:34 am When someone declares the debate to be over about something, it usually means they are unable — or unwilling — to face certain facts about the topic. When that person attempts to impose their way on those who wish to continue the debate, that person is a tyrant.
SOCIALISTS = LOSERS December 1st, 2009 - 9:38 am On a permanent campaign? Yeah we already figured that out. That is why “the new JFK of our generation” is losing point after point in the polls.
You Democrats keep digging that hole deeper. You are going down!!!!
claspur December 1st, 2009 - 9:38 am Headlight Teeth…. I go along with Testy Man… He’s back-on The Goofballs.
David J December 1st, 2009 - 9:45 am And you Democrats said we were crazy when we told you Obama and his ilk are Socialists. The entire (current) Democrat Party is Socialist!
tony December 1st, 2009 - 9:46 am If Howard Dean were any more stupid, he’d have to change his name to Biden. Change…it’s all you’ll have left.
More PROgress Less CONgress
Eric December 1st, 2009 - 9:47 am Interesting that Dr Dean has benefited greatly from capitalism but now that he has his needs met, socialism is the direction we should take. From the poignant satire Animal Farm, “All animals are equal, some are more equal than others”, eh?
TexasBuckeye December 1st, 2009 - 9:47 am Communitarianism? Communitarianism? Communism on the micro scale? HAHAHAHA. What a buffoon!
Bev5 December 1st, 2009 - 9:48 am As soon as these Washington Fat Cats start partaking in the same Socialist programs that they implement (Health Care, Social Security, etc.) maybe we will start to consider them a credible source. Until then…they’re nothing but a pimple on our arse.
Joe Public December 1st, 2009 - 9:49 am We’ve already HAD both all along. It is the Socialists who have wrecked the economy over and over again. Now, I guess, he wants to finish the job. Does not bode well.

This post was mentioned on Twitter by thebcast: Howard Dean Declares Debate Between Capitalism and Socialism to Be Over bit.ly #tcot #thebcast…
Sunny Black December 1st, 2009 - 9:49 am I’m a part of Dean’s so-called multi-cultural Obama generation. If Obama has done anything for this liberal, he’s opened my eyes to what I DO NOT want from my government. We’re Americans, we do things differently (and, as it turns out, better). So, for Howard Dean, I say: I reject any degree of socialism or communitarianism.
Frank December 1st, 2009 - 9:50 am We need to cap these people. Tyranny MUST be met with violence. Period.
browncoat78 December 1st, 2009 - 9:50 am The debate between Socialism and Capitalism is only over because Capitalism was bound, gagged, and locked up in a deep, dark dungeon around about the time the Fed was established and income taxes started being levied. Capitalism didn’t lose. Capitalism was never even allowed to show up for the debate—because if it had been, it would have won hands down. The best way for the Socialists to assure victory has always been to cheat.
michael troup December 1st, 2009 - 9:50 am Yeh it is over- WE WON THE COLD WAR! At least I thought so until this lot was voted in to power…Dean would to think that his crowd of peacenik socialists have won some sort of victory, but all they have done is finally show their true colors and peeed off the American people, who I think are going to round on them in 2010.
Maybe then we can take our country back from these morons who look back on the FDR and Carter Administrations as the Good Old Days!
FastFacts December 1st, 2009 - 9:51 am Well, finally someone is not scared to tell the truth. Obama is a innovative Socialist. Not a regular socialist, an innovative one that can end the debate between Capitalism and Socialism. Wow this is a grand understanding. BS. Socialism is Socialism and that is the taking away of our freedom. He was not like this when people voted for him and they won’t be when the next election comes up. I don’t see how he could be re-elected with his number dropping as fast as they are. He is at almost half the polls than Bush was at this time. He is one of the most corrupt and/or allowing the most corruption in his presidency. Almost half of congress is also corrupt, this is Chicago Politics and it doesn’t work.
I am watching americanparchment.com who is doing the “31 Corrupt Politicians in 31 Day” Program. I guess it’s a preview of a larger program they will be doing before the 2010 election. Today they are starting with our friend Rep. Barney Frank. Wow is this man dirty, and yet he always blames others and gets away with it.
Mr. Right December 1st, 2009 - 9:51 am Holy smokes, this guy is or was an MD. People actually let him treat them. No wonder Obama won.
nick December 1st, 2009 - 9:51 am What is it with the democrats …are there any sane people in this party anymore…have they all become socialist, Marxist communist …what is so attractive with these philosophies….do they hate the constitution are they all control freaks….how did they all get brainwashed….dean, gore, pelosi Reid…Dodd…obey..and I can go on ….they are all kooks …wake up America….geez
Sunny Black December 1st, 2009 - 9:52 am I feel the need to correct myself: *former*-liberal. Now independent (libertarian-leaning).
VictorReesor December 1st, 2009 - 9:52 am Dean is a fool as well as an idiot. One good thing – it is high time a Liberal honestly admits that he/she believes in the merit of socialism. For so many years those of us on the right (and in the right) have been saying modern Liberals are socialists and have been laughed at and criticized as fear mongers and character defamers. Well, now we see the truth from one of their own. Everywhere socialism has been implemented it means less freedom and less prosperity.
jaymz December 1st, 2009 - 9:52 am totally disgusting.. WAKE UP AMERICA
LEL2007 December 1st, 2009 - 9:53 am Regarding “you who justify policy with greed are to blame for the popularity of socialism” – It’s not greed, it is Self Interest. Socialism is nothing new and it has NEVER WORKED because of Self Interest. In America, the ‘have nots’ still have more than any other ‘have nots’ in the world. Just because someone has ‘more’ than you have doesn’t mean you’re entitled to a share. |
