Well, the only solution to that sort of problem is to move. We have a very lively neighborhood and have considered moving, but we are screwed by prop 13. Passed by the nasty folks who owned real estate before WE could vote. Highly unfair, I would never vote for a law that would impact my chidlren like that. But then I am a Good Person, as you know. Enough about me. Lets talk about what you think of my technique. Were you referring to the giving out of large premium candy bars or the act of cussing out the less desirable trick-or-treaters?
