A competent president would have put 9/11 behind us ASAP and continued the business of America - which is business. Instead, Bush actually INFLATED it and launched his moronic, doomed "War on Terror". Whenever anyone spoke up, you clowns shouted "Nine One OOooooooonnnnnnneeeeee"! He elevated bin Laden to an equal with the president and went at him mano 'y mano, going to "hunt him down. dead or alive" and "smoke him out of his cave". He turned bin Laden from an obscure terrorist leader few knew to a global hero for our enemies. He launched global franchise AQ for bin Laden. ..and never got him. Nobody wears Bush t-shirts!

Oh. So that's it. If you just came through a "great period", all is well. Quit the strawman asshole. We had just come through "the longest expansion in modern history". We suffered a slight decline in in growth rate ... not negative growth like Obama got from Bush. Plus Bush got a balanced budget, and created a septic tank budget. Face it no President in history has come into as big a mess as Obama. Your hero Bush may have ruined this country... not even sure Obama can save it.
