Not that perhaps it couldn't be changed or tweaked... but given the boisterous wild eyed WACKOS in the US today, it's probably not likely cause those of the calmer side of life are afraid to let the wacko's try to change ANYTHING given their rhetoric. Real life is messy, and unfortnately one side is grown up, the other seem immature children. I may be selling gradeschoolers short here... even a grade schooler can see babies are part of their mothers, but they aren't. DAK
