There are guys on the streets of NYC....both Americans converted to Islam....who encourage other Muslims to commit violence against non Muslims so that non Muslims will not molest Muslims. There is nothing law enforcement can do to stop them because they know their constitutional rights. One of the Muslim converts is a former Jew.
