It's also my policy to dump a stock the minute I think there is some serious fudging on the part of management.

The issue is still a bit up in the air to me so I am not dumping...yet.

I walked away from NGD after the bounce this AM. If management couldn't be fully transparent with 1/3 of the entire production at stake I'm not willing to trust them with what may be hiding behind the other 2/3.

I don't understand what everyone is talking about. Management talked about this issue in their CC and they put out a PR a week or two if my memory is correct.

I don't thing management hid anything.

If one's reason for selling is that some biased judge made a new ruling or an environmental group chose to promote its cause is one thing, but I'm not blaming management.

If you are concerned about the risk in the above paragraph there aren't any true miners you can own.
