<<As for myself I will be watching closely to see if the new management will be doing some insider buying in the upcoming weeks. If there is no or little insider buying at these prices I will be very concerned. >>

Ken H. certainly was evasive when responding to the question of whether he and other senior management will make stock purchases. I believe he said that his attorney would consider that a forward-looking statement -- as if such a statement would be inappropriate. I'm no attorney (Patrick-any comment?) but why couldn't he announce plans to purchase XXX amount in the next quarter?

If I were a CFO looking at financing options that might dilute the value of common stock, I might wait to purchase until after the dilution. Is it coincidental that the need for more cash happens when the stock price is in the tank? I think I am becoming more cynical/paranoid.

Greg

Henry: Oh, I got Ed's point. I understand your point of view, too. Whenever possible I try to be a long term speculator. I refuse to use the term "investor" because that's the mistake everyone makes, imo, who play in this thing called the stock market. It ain't investing, it's speculating, or gambling, if you prefer, since to a very real extent, the market is a casino. Of course just my opinion. ;-)

Still, one of the rules of this game is NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH A STOCK. When you can clearly see where things are going, or at least as clearly as one can ever expect, then forget the love and look out for yerself, hence the move to "playing the swings." Still, to use a government term, I understand your pain, been there, done that, and I know it's no fun.

Regards!

John~
