I'm long Minefinders (MFN) and like the company and expect production to increase over the next few quarters. Unfortunately they must deal with the same corrupt government that NGD does, as their main asset is in Mexico.

Take a look at JAG. It's in Brazil, not Mexico, was considerably cheaper than NGD and MFN on a resource basis even before they did an excellent deal upping their reserves by almost 50%, and has a huge production growth plan.

They do have a strong Real to contend with, but even so their cash costs are very low. If the Real weakens they will be even better.
