I gather he lives in Virginia. I don't know if he is known to the country or not. There was clearly a love and respect for his father and sans interference, it seems he would have been the President rather than Karzai. I've not read anything about the son, tho, and if they would be interested in him or he in they. he writes poetry... might not be all that into returning.

also - the son was born in '34. he's hardly a youngster. but he has a son who was born in '62. I do think of Spain where Juan Carlos seems to have done much to bring a unity there... if I'm remembering correctly, need to check back on that history.
