J.W. Okay, for what it's worth. I am a little hazy on this so if I make a mistake, it's an honest one, and someone correct. I belive that the certs come from a company called American Banc Corp. Certs are printed there and they are controlled religously, so there's no counterfieting. Then when the trasnfer agent gets them, he puts the proper names on them. So, if the Ta is out...he may just be waiting for the official paper to get to him. Now, the question is, and I don't know how to get the answer..Does he mean that he's out because he's out of "paper"? OR is he "out" because there are no more certs to be had. I hope I understood the question correctly, and answered correctly. If not..nevermind. al

Mr. Whlan, I have some questions about the E-mail that are kinda eatin at me. I hav E-mailed him back and am waitin on his reply. How is it that he could talk to the DTC, and what does the "backtrack" and "call you back" mean? I would think that someone perhaps gave out info to someone they weren't supposed to, except that he said she was the SUPERVISOR. So whats it all mean? I don't know. I know a lot of people involved in this and I canaccount for only about 40,000 of the volume today (that's doublin 20,000 I know was bought). Buying pressure is coming from somewhere. Also, what is this OVIS/ RMIL cert thing? They are one and the same. Why would they need to change them over? Why would they have RMIL certs to begin with if this is true? A lot doesn't add up here. But the mystery of the DTC moves ever onward. Can you or someone else give some input here? Sincerely, Hraka
