no, not really.

it would come in the form of an agreement. keep all the structures in place. the systems as they are.

simply reset all the imbalances, debts, contracts, etc.. to zero.

if you do it any other way, you have to rebuild the entire network from scratch. so save the network, but zero out all the accounts.

obviously perhaps, to do otherwise, means a war instead.
