Exactly. So if we were to take White House fiscal responsibility chatter seriously, then we'd have to conclude the WH is going to war against its own Congress b/c just as you say there is no way in hell Congress wants to do a "Spending Freeze" before NOV 2010. I actually think they are all very lost, and very scared right now so I am pricing in a logic vacuum to everything right now. I think they have even lost the ability to know what's good for them politically. It's because the economy is so hard to see. G
