I didn't start buying shares until August 1995 so I missed out on being included by 30 days. I have seen a copy of the litigation paperwork however and for you newcomers who might be interested: There has been a(another) class action lawsuit filed against CCEE who, it is claimed " ..falsely portrayed the relationship between Computer Concepts and major software companies, including IBM and Oracle". Additionally, the plaintiffs also alleged that CC " .. misrepresented Computer Concepts agreement with the GSA....". Anyone who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired CCEE stock between 6/1/95 and 7/19/95 is eligible to participate. I didn't recall this being posted before, but if I missed it & this is old news, sorry. TD
