The rally began after the futures closed for the weekend... the futures stopped trading at 4:15 pm EDT, the rally began around 4:30 pm EDT or so... if the futures were still open they would have been about two points higher, say around 1093.40 or so... there's about a 2 point discount to cash, so this means that cash would also be about 2 points higher...
