Mario,

MUEI 10K shows the two divisions I'd mentioned. I do not know enough
about them to assess the effect of dropping DRAM prices on their profitability, but these two divisions seemed to be underperforming during the last year. You can find 10-K through Edgar on-line. Maybe I am reading it all wrong.

I am in MUEI at 17, but am not ready yet to give up. Don't want to average down either - my cash is tied in other underperforming stocks. I expect this stock to perform better in a couple of
quarters when the cloud over the MU temporarily lifts up...

I've noticed that MUEI price is correlated with MU price - e.g., when MU was 35, MUEI was around 17, now MU is 26 and MUEI 13+. One of these days MU as a cyclical stock may reach 40, than MUEI will be 20+. But it doesn't look that this quarter was a good one for MU...

Good luck,

Y.
