All of these comments are so famiiar------is it fair to say that we on this board 'told you so'.

It is truly sad---he is our first black-white or white-black President and has failed to connect with Americans. He wasn't a Martin Luther King black with roots in America---- rooted in slavery and exploration in building this nation------the authenic white part of him via his mother was downplayed in his campaign.

His focus in the campaign was on his Kenyan father whom he did not know and romanticized and idolized from a dream state of not knowing.
