Archie, While you're at it tell him that you represent a hand full of share holders that are very discouraged by the plummet in price and the lack of a 10k filing. And he could be losing some loyal shareholders that have been with them for a while if they don't get off their asses and submit their filing or at least a press release that gives a reason why!
