That Obama hasn't been convicted isn't proof he's not corrupt. Inode already posted one example of Obama's corruption involving his stiffing bond investors to the benefit of his union backers. Then there's the phony-baloney $350K a year job his wife was given .... which important essential job was eliminated when she resigned to move to Wa DC. Neither are justification for calling Obama corrupt. The first is more a partisan accusation. The second is not supported by fact.
