No, that is not a chairlift. That is the acid & heavy metal bucket line heading towards the Spotted Owl preserve's water supply. Dumping the toxic sludge in their nesting area is necessary to eradicate these unwanted pests that would cause a setback in the mining plans.

They had planned to move the city of San Luis Potosi by gradual land erosion and terrorist tactics. Good luck to them. It's just a desert rathole anyway. Without silver mining where would they be?
