I know-- the release is odd, as though production is around the corner (seems quite positive). The somewhat cryptic announcement must be a provision negotiated by ACA, 690688 Alberta, PUG, CAYO 'and others' in order to propitiate Frontier Pacific. This to keep Frontier from pursuing the otherwise now defunct claims they once shared with Pure Gold, whereby stating that they were let expire unfairly for subsequent renewal by said companies (sans Frontier).

Is this what you get from this Frank? (Above may take you a few reads!)

Phoenix (and ICE), I really like your discussion! Please continue it (and others too!).
