ElM, when the local yokels shoot you in the back and rob you, there's nothing you can do about it. Qualcomm was not allowed to use their spectrum. Best to just leave the locals to their festering.

Your attitude is presumably representative of Brazilians in general. You think it fun and funny to rob. Sending gobs of capital to you and the like-minded is obviously not a good idea.
