I do not agree we should treat it as a criminal act of terrorism. It apppears to me that rhetoric aside, this is what will happen, since he will be charged with 13 counts of murder and the death penalty will be sought.

From what I have read so far, the Major acted alone. He may have frequented a mosque where a radical cleric preach. This is similar to our President's case where he frequented a church where the priest held incendiary views. But the American people didn't think it twas an issue with Obama as long he liked his priest for religious views and he ignored the priest's incendiary views. The Major's case is very similar. It is different in that he let his clerics views influence his actions and thinking. And that is what he should accept responsibility for.

LJ, while folks are aspiring to have a third party, it looks like it is going to come from the ashes of the Republican party. I was under the impression that people were looking for a non-Obama party to vote for this November.
