Obama missed this one, but everyone's willing to look the other way because it only involved 13 dead Americans. Responsibility for those lives rests with Obama, as he has established a mindset that terrorism is a crime. This event very likely would not have happened under Bush.

The FBI knew about Hasan when Bush was president. Its Bush's problem.
