I can't speak for anyone else but I definitely would not ever suggest trying these guys in a criminal court. These people were engaged in a war, not robbing banks.

It is totally inappropriate to try them in a criminal court for a multitude of reasons.

And I don't know of anyone not a left wing nutcase who believes this is the correct decision.

You're lying .... most conservatives would approve of trying them in military tribunals at Gitmo .... just as Obama called for in 2006.
