Why did he change his mind? Does he accept your charge that military tribunals would be kangaroo courts? Why do you want military tribunals....for a quick death sentence? Well, thats one good reason. A quicker process. There are others .... domestic criminal standards of evidence won't work when you're dealing with people captured in hostile operations in foreign countries, where the evidence is obtained by intelligence methods we don't want revealed to enemies. Why do they have to be off shore? Don't have to be I suppose. You're already starting the spin for KSM's defense as a victim of evil America ....
