At no time has anyone suggested KSM & others should have anything other than a fair trial. The question is whether they should be entitled to everything an American citizen charged with a CRIME (rather than an act of war) would be entitled to. And they obviously shouldn't.

Besides, how do you get a fair trial when the prosecutor and the president have already determined you WILL be convicted and you WON'T be allowed to go free if, for any reason, you are NOT convicted? Nothing "fair" about that.
