Of course not. The promise of government money made the bankruptcy easy to dispose of, but it was conditioned upon getting the bankruptcy done in the way Obama wanted it.

No, the money didn't go to the judge, its not like he was bribed. The money to help smooth over the bankruptcy proceedings, but only if they went in line with what Obama and his appointees wanted (primarily setting the bankruptcy to favor the unions over other creditors)
