Shep is claiming the fix is in and the trial will be a fake one. He's wrong of course. But he has to maintain that to defend the Obama administrations foolish decision.

What would be the show? That America is not Nazi Germany?? No immediate execution?

No matter what decision was made, the one made by Obama would get a no vote from the RWE immediately...

He has declared his intention to plead guilty along with his co-defendants, and wishes to be given the death penalty. The court wants the co-defendants to have mental competency hearings before accepting the plea.
