Explain how convolution of the legal process (which doesn't normally try enemy soldiers in our criminal courts) is in our national interest? Inode it would take too much (minimal) effort to debunk your false premise and all the partisan bull shit the flows from it. I work for a living... from what i can see you get into a state of partisan bombastic self righteous apoplexy for a living. It's a small thing... relax and enjoy life.

You allow the trial to be used to gin up anti-American sentiment Perhaps they'll let him wear his traditional dress to court to show how fair we are - as if anyone in the middle east cares. New York will be a magnate for attacks of all forms and sizes during the trial.
