I'm not aware that needing financial assistance made you mentally incompetent or mentally incapacitated? I think the point was that the VA was unfairly catorizing them as mentally incompetent to take their guns away when in fact they were not. The Brady bunch are again using Nazi and Stalin tactics to take our guns away.
