William, as they used to say during the Clinton campaign, "It's the floorless stupid, it's the floorless "(and the derogatory adjective is certainly not directed to you, I understand it was a lore of that campaign). The fact that the second tranch was not coming out until next march led me to have the slow motion scenario rather than the vicious decline of the last two three weeks. And by the way, as far as Crow A La Carte, there other candidates on the thread that had the notion that someone like B&S is going to volunteer and stand in fron of a freight train and support the stock at 6, then at 4 then at 3 and probably are still hoping for such a rescue plan. You know when this stock might be a bargain? When the last optimist throw in the towel in the ring in disgust. That might signal the capitualtion this stock needs to form a bottom, if it does not go belly up first. Good luck Zeev
