Except in this case, the corporation (mafia) collects taxes, bu t doesn't pay them..

If the states don't vary much, why do you and yours (RW)always make reference to red and blue states? Do you mean red states have as much government as blue? At what point does the economy of scale come into your equation? Why have 50 bureaucracies instead of just one....why allow 50 bunches of politicians distribute the money after the government has distributed it....another middle man to skim the milk....
