Trufflette,

Let's just say it's the same feeling that you get when the gypsies are hovering about at the TGV station, and you know that you are their mark, but the sun is shining, the pigeons are tamely eating crums, and you've got a first class ticket on the next train to Lyon.

Oh,oh.........Rocky's influence! <g>

I can give you some specifics and numbers after I look at the charts in tomorrow's IBD. My notes show a break of the 200day on the Dow (grim), plus two stabs at new resistance (which is also the 200day) this week (grim). The S&P and the Naz look in better shape, but I wonder just how long the Naz can hold out with the semis tanking.

Don't want to alarm anyone. In fact, we could rally blindly right into November. But, there's more downside to this imho. The only problem with going short is that the volatility might lead into some large swings in both directions. I don't think you can just go short and forget about it. I think you may need to time it.........all the way down.
