Jobs are lagging and have never been a good indicator for investing. Do the correlation analysis, there's tons of data out there. It's a recipe for not making money if you're going to hang your hat on that. By the way, Temp Jobs have turned up and that's the canary in the coal mine. People will be surprised with how sharp the jobs recovery is. Employers have laid off too many people. Nobody was expecting this sharp of a recovery and now they are going to scramble to get qualified people - I am already seeing it.
