Why do you think teachers should be speaking out against their peers? This is not done in any organization... Incompetent or crooked co-workers are called to the carpet everyday in non-unionized environments. These non-performing workers are eventually fired. Teachers should be held to an even higher standard considering their job. It is almost amoral what goes on with respect to teachers and schools. The Teacher's Union is a scandal on par with the SEIU or ACORN. newyorker.com
