Yep!

I fall on my rhetorical sword! Let's just use "highest/best" and pretend that "perfect" was never mentioned (though we both agree that 'nothing is ever perfect'. :-)

So let's just say that 'highest/best' only has REAL MEANING in a RELATIVE SENSE, when COMPARED to something else (that has lesser/lower efficiency and utility and 'perfectness' - if that last even is a word. <g>)
