" Even if that is true, and it isn't, you have put your finger on the core of the problem. There haven't been a lot of cases like this. So y'all are just making up all those dire consequences. And some of your core premises are clearly faulty. AQ and other terrorist organizations have had years to work themselves up over the detention of the Gitmo detainees. And they haven't done squat. There is no reason to believe that suddenly they will, just because there is a series of trials.
